Adequate Hydration (2litre water, urine should not be pale) is the key along with liberal use of paracetamol (500mg 2-3 times per days, atleast east 4 hours apart, max 4 times).

If you’re taking ursodeoxycholic acid, it might mean that your liver function was deranged due to Dengue. Over consuming Paracetamol with deranged liver function will only worsen your situation. A consultation with repeat blood parameters needs to be done as soon as possible.

Hello... If you are not having fever no need to take paracetmol unnecessarily. Post dengue fever fatigue ,headache and weakness is quite common and will go away slowly. If the headache is too much to handle you can take paracetmol tab once or twice a day with food. The acidity or intolerance to food is due to transaminitis in liver , it too will resolve on its own in a couple of weeks.
Next Steps
Do not worry. have plenty of fluids everyday and light meals curd, fruits like papaya and guvava , meals should not have too much fatty content in them either.
Health Tips
you will start feeling normal in a couple of weeks , dengue is severe illness and you will need time to feel normal or rwcover fully
