Regarding Tetanus Vaccine.
Yesterday I got scratched form rusty iron door handel...little amount of blood came out and the wound is fine now..I had taken last tetanus shot in Dec 22 and Nov 24...Pls let me know should I take another tetanus shot now or not required...

Since you got your tetanus shot in 2024 you need not take a fresh shot now .. all you need is to do a good wound care .. clean it with Betadine and apply local muperocin ointment two times a day

Clean it well with antiseptic n apply antibiotics like T bact ointment. In India its always better to be safe.

No you do not require any more tetanus shots.
If you have taken the Td variant you don not require any tetanus shots for next 5 years , if taken the Tdap vaccine variant no need for vaccination for next 10 years

You dont need further tetanus shot since you have vaccinated in dec 2024
Next Steps
Keep the wound clean and apply Betadine ointment,it will heal.
