Okay I cannot suggest any major medications without a proper history about the nature of pain and motion.
But one thing i can advise is hydration. If you are having loose motions you must maintain hydration otherwise dehydartion will worsen the cramps.
Next Steps
You can take ORS powder available at drug stores or even make one at home (4 teqspoons of suagr and half a teaspoon of salt should taste like tears/sweat)
Health Tips
Be on the lookout for red flag signs
-unable to talk due to pain
-blood in stool
-decreased amount or frequency of urination
-dry tongue sunken eyeball
-vomitting
or increasing intensity of pain
if any of these occur immediately seek medical help
Hi as per your query for your wife , I need more about the characteristics of the pain and exactly where the pain is so it’s not possible to prescribe any medication without further information
