Stomach pain
Hi Doctor Getting stomach pain like not on upper stomach but not on lower part in middle feeling like burning sometimes and pain and also sensation of getting motion but not getting actually when I go to washroom iam not on my period and no other symptoms but have taken breakfast for 5days outside. Now want to relive pain can you please suggest a medication and thinking it's gastric and I do gas gastric issue usually won't resolve by syrup. TIA

Pain in middle or lower part of stomach could be due to indigestion,  infection or constipation. Take meftal spas one every 8hours for 3 days, tab dimethicone 250mg every 8 hours for 3 days Get ultrasound abdomen,  stool for ova and cyst  done and share results.

Gastritis. Nexpro RD40 ONE IN EMPTY STOMACH FOR 7 days.   Oz two times a day after food for five days. Mucain gel 10ml without water nothing by mouth till 30min can be taken 3to 4times specially when u feel burning. Tab meftal spas ds two times a day after food for 3 days.
