How many times did stool pass? If the frequency is 3 or more a day, then you must start the treatment. Otherwise take cold water with electrolytes to decrease gut motility. For any further guidance book an appointment

Hello. I have reviewed your symptoms regarding the stomach pain you are experiencing after meals. It is common to experience gut sensitivity after a brief episode of loose motions. The initial stomach upset may have left your digestive system temporarily irritated or disrupted your natural gut flora. Immediate Management Strategies Small, Frequent Meals: Instead of three large meals, try eating 5–6 smaller portions throughout the day to reduce the workload on your digestive system. Bland Diet: Stick to easily digestible foods like plain rice, curd (yogurt), bananas, and boiled potatoes for the next 2–3 days. Probiotics: Consuming natural probiotics like fresh curd can help restore the healthy bacteria in your gut that may have been lost during the loose motions. Avoid Irritants: Temporarily stay away from spicy foods, deep-fried items, caffeine, and dairy products (other than curd) until the pain subsides. When to Consult a Physician If these dietary changes do not improve your symptoms within 48 hours, or if you experience any of the following, please seek medical advice for a physical evaluation: Severe or worsening pain that prevents you from eating. Fever or persistent vomiting. Blood or mucus in your stools. Significant weight loss or extreme fatigue.

Looks like your stomach is still a bit irritated after loose motions, so pain after eating is common for few days. Eat light khichdi, curd, banana, avoid spicy and oily food, and keep good hydration. It should settle in 2 days. If pain continues or increases, better to check once. I can guide you if needed feel free to book a consultation.

"The stomach pain you are experiencing after eating, following a recent episode of loose motions, is likely due to Post-Infectious Gastritis or a temporarily sensitive stomach lining. Even after the infection clears, the protective mucus layer of the stomach can remain irritated, making it react painfully to normal food intake. This is a common recovery phase and usually settles within a few days with proper gut rest and mild medication
Next Steps
Need some more history from your side so do connect and consult with me for better  treatment plan and advice.
Health Tips
Bland Diet (BRAT): Stick to 'soft' foods for the next 48 hours—Khichdi, curd, bananas, and toast. Avoid all oily, spicy, and heavy outside food as they act as direct irritants. Probiotics: Start a 3-day course of a probiotic (like Sporolac or Econorm) to replenish the healthy bacteria in your gut and improve digestion. Medication: A mild antacid (like Pantoprazole) taken 30 minutes before breakfast can help reduce the acid irritation. For the crampy pain, an anti-spasmodic can be used as needed. Warning Signs: If the pain becomes severe, or if you develop high-grade fever, vomiting, or notice blood in your stool, you should consult a doctor immediately for a physical examination.

This may be due to mild gastritis, indigestion, or infection after loose motions. Take light meals, plenty of fluids, avoid oily/spicy food, and monitor symptoms.
Next Steps
Since pain is happening after meals, please book a video consultation for proper assessment and personalized treatment guidance.

Yeh recent infection/food-related irritation lag raha hai, isliye abhi jab bhi khana kha rahi hain to stomach sensitive hone ki wajah se pain ho raha hai. Filhaal simple management se theek ho jata hai: • ORS ya fluids zyada lein (hydration maintain rakhein) • Light diet rakhein: khichdi, dahi, banana, toast • Oily, spicy, outside food avoid karein kuch din Medicines: • Pantoprazole 40 mg OD (subah empty stomach) • Drotaverine/Mefenamic acid (spasm ke liye) SOS • Probiotic (Sporolac/Econorm) 2–3 din le sakti hain Usually 2–3 din me settle ho jata hai. Agar: • pain bahut zyada ho • fever, vomiting, ya blood in stool aaye • ya 3–4 din me relief na mile to doctor ko dikha lena ap

That could happen because of inflammation or increased bowel movements. Give it some rest. Maintain adequate hydration. Don't eat spicy or oily foods as they will precipitate your stomach pain more
Next Steps
Would need few details on type of pain for prescribing medicine. Kindly consult for the same.
