I take euthyrox 25mcg and I couldn't find it near me so I took eltroxin 25mcg is it ok ? Or do I need to buy euthyrox only?

Good morning doctor please clear my doubt my bp most of time reading range is 134/68 and 126/66 range.. but sometimes it's range is 124/82.
