From your history it seems to be an anxiety attack.
Next Steps
No further action required. Don't take dolo and pantop as they're useless in this

The Clonafit (Escitalopram and Clonazepam) tablet for some people makes the anxiety and panic paradoxically worse. It is therefore a good idea to take just the Escitalopram regularly and only use Clonazepam in crises situation. All the best. J G S R clinic.

Seems your problem was due to anxiety. However get thyroid profile done and ecg, to exclude any cardiac problem.

Yes — Neurokind Gold capsule and Clonafit tablet can be taken together, and they are commonly prescribed together in people with panic disorder / anxiety-related symptoms. • Clonafit (clonazepam ± propranolol depending on brand) helps control acute panic symptoms like palpitations, dizziness, fear of dying, and hyperarousal. • Neurokind Gold is a vitamin B-complex + antioxidants supplement; it does not interact adversely with clonazepam and is often used to support the nervous system. From your description, the episode you experienced fits very well with a panic attack: • Sudden dizziness, palpitations, “I will die” feeling • Normal vitals afterward (BP, SpO₂, pulse) • Rapid relief with reassurance, rest, and hydration • No cardiac or metabolic red flags Your temperature of 99°F can occur with anxiety, stress, or mild viral illness and is not concerning by itself.
Next Steps
1. You may continue both Neurokind Gold and Clonafit as prescribed 2. Take Clonafit strictly at the dose and timing advised — do not increase or take extra during panic 3. If panic episodes are recurring, discuss with your doctor whether: • A daily long-term anti-anxiety medicine (SSRI) is needed • Clonazepam should be short-term only and slowly tapered 4. Avoid frequent vitals checking during anxiety — it reinforces panic cycles
Health Tips
• When symptoms start, use slow breathing (inhale 4 sec → exhale 6 sec for 5 minutes) • Avoid excess caffeine, energy drinks, and long gaps between meals • Maintain hydration — cold water helping you relax is very typical in panic • Ensure adequate sleep, as sleep deprivation worsens panic attacks • Remember: panic attacks feel dangerous but are not life-threatening

Well, what happened to you with respect to the symptoms described most associate with a panic attack episode. It is mostly self resolving as long as you don’t have it for more than a few minutes at most. You have to keep in mind that as much as this is self limiting I can understand why it might bother you. Taking cold water or splashing it on your face can help but if it is something that is happening with increasing frequency you might need help therapeutically to calm yourself and relieve your symptoms. Also make sure it is a Psychiatrist who prescribes the same.
Next Steps
Bloodwork to rule out systemic causes of the symptoms like CBC, Electrolyte panel, Thyroid function tests and ESR/CRP. An ECG and ECHO to r/o cardiac abnormalities A psychiatric consult for controlling frequency of symptoms and supporting care
Health Tips
Neurokind GOLD and Clonafit tablet have no drug interactions as such. Make sure you have Clonazepam before bed at least 1 hr before going to sleep and not indulge in any activity requiring focus after having the tablet

Yes, Neurokind-Gold can be taken, but it will not help panic symptoms. From your description and normal vitals, this episode is most consistent with an anxiety/panic attack.
Next Steps
Since certain medicines cannot be prescribed online, I advise you to visit a nearby physician/psychiatrist for proper treatment if these episodes recur.
Health Tips
Meanwhile, ensure good hydration, sleep and avoid caffeine.
