Best treatment after Annual Health Check
I have attached annual health checkup blood report. Kindly perused and analyzed it. Suggest better medicines and tips. Before 15 days I was suffering from abdomen pain only no loose motion. I have taken antibiotics along with gas medicines under the supervision of the doctor. He advised for cbc lft and creatine test along with usg. History - itching over the body on a particular part then after cure another part is affected. Is it due to High SGPT and OGPT?? The dermatologist said it is Eczema

Your annual health checkup report shows several concerning abnormalities that need attention, especially in a 31-year-old male. The most important red flags are: • Liver enzymes elevated: SGOT (AST) 60.7 U/L and SGPT (ALT) 116.3 U/L — both significantly high (normal
Next Steps
1. Consult a Gastroenterologist / Hepatologist urgently (within 3–7 days) — do not delay with high SGPT 116. • Bring this full report + mention: • Abdominal pain 15 days ago (treated with antibiotics + gas medicines) • Itching migrating on body (diagnosed eczema) • Alcohol intake (even social)? Fatty food? Weight? Medications? • Likely tests they will add: • Viral hepatitis markers (HBsAg, anti-HCV, HBV DNA if needed) • Autoimmune markers (ANA, ASMA, AMA) • Ultrasound abdomen (if not recent) — check liver texture, fatty liver, spleen • FibroScan or liver elastography (to see fibrosis) • Repeat LFT in 2 weeks 2. Do not take more antibiotics without clear indication — they can worsen liver enzymes.
Health Tips
• Stop alcohol completely (even small amounts can spike enzymes) • Diet: • Low-fat, low-oil, no fried food, no red meat • More green vegetables, fruits (papaya, beetroot, amla), dal, curd • Avoid raw onion/garlic in excess, pickles, spicy food • For itching: • Use mild soap (Cetaphil, Sebamed) • Apply moisturizer (Cetaphil DAM, Venusia Max, Atoderm) 3–4 times/day • Levocetirizine 5 mg or Fexofenadine 120 mg once daily at night (safe short-term) • Avoid hot water bath, woolen clothes, sweating • Supplements (only after doctor confirms): • Vitamin D3 60,000 IU weekly × 8 weeks + calcium 500–1000 mg/day • B-complex or methylcobalamin 1500 mcg daily • Silymarin (Livercare / Liv.52 DS) — liver-protective, safe to start • Lifestyle: • Walk 30–45 min daily • Sleep 7–8 hours • Reduce stress (yoga/breathing) Your liver enzymes are significantly elevated — this is not normal and needs urgent specialist evaluation to find the cause (fatty liver, viral, alcohol, medicine side effect, auto-immune, etc.). Itching and fatigue are likely connected. For a detailed, personalized plan (exact medicines/doses, diet chart, which specialist in your city, how to track improvement, and when to retest LFT), please book an online consultation with me — I’ll review your full history, symptoms, and reports to give you clear, step-by-step guidance so you can get the right treatment quickly and safely. Looking forward to helping you feel better soon — let’s get this sorted together

Raised liver enzymes levels (sgot and sgpt) are due to non alcoholic fatty liver disease, as ggt levels are normal. You don't panic, it's just a fatty liver, common in Indians. It may also be due to excessive alcohol consumption in the past and now you have stopped taking alcohol and the liver is recovering. Ggt normal levels indicate non alcoholic fatty liver disease. Vitamin levels are too low (severe deficiency), take one dose of Intramuscular vit d3 injection, and after one week of that injection take, arachitol nano 5 ml syrup once a week (one 5 ml shot once a week only) and continue to take it for 8 weeks regular (8 shots in total). Vitamin b12 levels are also low, although in normal range but it should be around 400. So take neurokind plus tab once a day after breakfast for 3 months
Next Steps
avoid processed food, low sugar, avoid alcohol consumption
Health Tips
USG abdomen to be done and consult with me on practo anytime for further examination and evaluation

There is severe Vitamin D deficiency which needs treatment. Start by taking D3 60,000 IU once a week for 8-10 weeks. Dose can be reduced afterwards after consultation. Your cholesterol levels are haywire for which start with dietary and lifestyle changes first and recheck lipid profile after 6 weeks. SGOT and SGPT are borderline deranged and not very significant right now. They can also rechecked alongwith lipid profile. Itching could be due to seasonal dermatitis and dry skin. Take T. Levocet 10 mg at night for 10 days. Keep yourself hydrated and apply moisturiser.

Beta I have seen your reports and it shows your have little high cholesterol and which is reason for elevated liver enzymes. If you are alcoholic or smoker stop that and if not then stop refined oils and fried junk foods. Your condition is not alarming. Rest picture is good except d3 and b12 which are deficient in many indians. Take milk products and some supplements for that
Next Steps
There’s nothing to panic about
Health Tips
Take supplements and avoid fried, refined oils and maida foods Exercise daily You will have normal lipid profile
