Please don’t worry, your BP numbers are safe, and anxiety itself is the main reason for these small fluctuations.

Bp is within normal range only No need to worry Just try to relax and have a sound sleep If sleep is deprived then the bp might increase and anxiety might increase Soo hav some proper sleep..take zolfresh 5mg before sleep for 3 to 5 days to provide proper sleep and walk 20 minutes post dinner and avoid mobile use 30 mints before sleep and take a light meal for dinner rather than heavy or masala or junke foods Anxiety will be reduced with these simple steps and it aids proper sleep too Take care

Your blood pressure readings are overall reassuring and not dangerous. Readings like 134/68, 126/66, and occasionally 124/82 fall into the normal to borderline range, not hypertension. A diastolic (lower) BP between 66–75 mmHg is healthy, especially if you are not having dizziness, fainting, or weakness. The occasional 82 diastolic can happen due to anxiety, stress, recent activity, or repeated checking, which is very common in people with health anxiety. These values do not suggest any immediate risk and do not require medication at this stage.
Next Steps
• Measure BP only once daily (preferably morning), after 5 minutes of rest • Avoid checking BP repeatedly when anxious • Keep a 7-day BP log (same time, same arm) • Focus on anxiety management rather than BP treatment • Consult a doctor only if average BP consistently stays ≥140/90 or if symptoms like fainting, chest pain, or breathlessness occur
Health Tips
• Anxiety can temporarily raise BP — the BP rise is a result of anxiety, not a disease • Avoid caffeine, phone use, or talking before BP measurement • Practice slow breathing (4–6 breaths/min) when anxious • Reassure yourself: your lower BP is normal, not “too low” • Stop Googling BP numbers — it fuels health anxiety cycles

Do you measure your BP yourself? It is advisable that you get your BP recorded by a professional twice a day for one week and keep that record . You can consult again with that record. For your anxiety issues, it needs proper psychiatric evaluation, do consult a psychiatrist for proper treatment

Aapke BP readings normal variation range mein aa rahe hain. 120–135 systolic aur 65–85 diastolic adults mein physiologically fluctuate karte hain aur isse hypertension diagnose nahi hota. Diastolic 66–75 bilkul safe range hai — low BP tab mana jata hai jab 140/90 aaye ya headache, chest pain, dizziness ho to evaluation karayein. Aap bilkul safe hain

Hello , What you are concerned is called diastolic BP , your values according to your age is within normal range . Normal BP value is not a single one number , it will be always in a range . Please avoid checking your BP everyday , also there are few occasions where you check your BP even though it is Normal otherwise , it shows variations . Some occasions are like after smoking , immediately after walk/ exercise/ sleep , consumption of coffee etc
Next Steps
If you are truly worried kindly contact a physician for further queries and can ask them completely in detail - when to check BP, when to avoid , on what position to take and finally when to rush to doctors

Nothing to worry about. Since you are not a cardiac patient, diastolic blood pressure won't matter much. Systolic blood pressure is in range. So no need to worry.
Next Steps
Do yoga, meditation for the anxiety. Try to do some exercise also for 30 mins for 5 days every week.
Health Tips
Report to your doctor if you have repeated headache or chest pain or palpitations
