Tooth and Mouth Problems

Have significant yellow tartar which is now spreading down the gum since a few months, also teeth feels little weak. Can removing the tartar fix the gum as well or what is the best solution for this?

I have these since last August no changes at all I am getting worried I don't understand why I have these even after brushing 2 times and rinsing my mouth every time I eat or drink anything

I had a lower wisdom tooth removed about one year ago. Since then, I’ve had altered sensation on the left side of my tongue — not complete numbness,(slight numbness )but increased sensitivity, especially to spicy food. I took Nervigen Plus for months(5) and noticed some improvement, but stopped after that. I’d like a proper evaluation for a possible lingual nerve injury and to know whether any further treatment or supplements could still help.

I am attching two pictures. First picture zoom out and second zoom in. I have this mild white patch of kind thing. The area is slightly tender when I eat hard food. Does it look like lukoplekia?

Based on the attached X-ray, the dentist has recommended a dental implant for the lower tooth. Could you please advise whether the tooth can be preserved through root canal treatment instead?

Hello doctor past few months i am facing dry mouth problem please recommend some good toothpaste and some tips to avoid any further issues

I have been suffering from Acute Follicular Tonsillitis for last 20 days treated with Ceftum but still not completely cured. Doctor changed the antibiotics to ceprozil and now taking the course but in the mean time 4-5 days back I incidently find a lump a bit hard no pain though on my soft palate. I got freaked out. Doctor didn't specify about it. Image is attached.

This white line goes when applied kenocart but comes when stopped or in dry mouth times This has been of this much only not changed for months now. I previously used to feel rough there but I no longer feel roughness. Please suggest. I have gastric issue. My mouth tends to be dry. I used to consume tobacco for 3 yrs but I have quit from 4 months.

Hi I have a wisdom tooth which is coming in a slant manner but also touching some nerve below. I've been told that this is risky to remove. But I'm having intermittent pain when trying to eat something hard or hot/cold. Is attempting extraction on this going to cause severe nerve damage? And is the wisdom tooth anyways risky for future?

Hello had a deep cavity filling 1 week back on the right upper molar. No anesthesia was given. Suddenly since last 2 days having a burning irritation around the filling and on the lips too. No sensitivity or pain. Able to eat normally. The sensation is very weird and did not occur during my previous fillings. Anything to be concerned?
