This is regarding frequent acid reflux issue which I have been facing since last few days.Irrespective of whatever acidic I eat it causes acid reflux.I have been prescribed sompraz d 40 for the same.my question is can I have sompraz d two times a day if I am facing this issue?

Hello doctors, I have been facing belly button discharge for the past 4 days. First it was bloody, then fluid like discharge.. Been on antibiotics, first I met my family doctor and he told me to use cefpod and chymoral. At the end of 3 days I have got sharp pain, I visited another physician who examined me, said periumbilical region drainage.. she did drain the pus and gave antibiotics for another 3 days.. but she said it looks like local infection only , and instructed to take scan if it didn't settle.. what might be causing this coz I'm really scared, I m taking care of my 3 year old son without much support..

Since one month feeling pain epigastric reason Before that was having sharp pain under ribs Then stomach but now pain is more at center and same at back center Feels pain when I sleep i breathe Help me what could be that Im scared

No nausea, no vomiting, no loos motion nothing only constant mild pain in upper abdominal pain in center from 3-4 days, no other symptoms all good except pain

Respected Doctors, Currently on Mounjaro 7.5 mg for obesity and pre diabetes.The cost is too high to manage, is there any cheaper alternate to Mounjaro. Pls guide. Regards

Whenever I drink or eat I feel fullness and distention of abdomen which leads to back pain. I am on low fodmap restrictive diet. Drink two glasses of water also distends my stomach and causes fullness. How long should I continue with low fodmap restrictive diet since I want to travel outside hometown due to urgent issue.

I am having severe stomach pain since last night, now I am having nausea, vomiting and loose motions.

"For the past three days, I have been experiencing a very mild pain or irritation on the right side of my stomach. I can't pinpoint the exact location because sometimes it's on the upper side and sometimes on the lower side. The pain isn't constant; it comes and goes." No other symptoms..

Recently my friend ran a liver function test and the bilirubin values are a little higher than the specified range( 1.49, 0.39 and 1.10). Also the SGOT (38) and SGPT (52) are slightly higher than the mentioned levels. GGT reads 101. BUN is at 8. Should this be addressed? He travels a lot and eats on irregular timings, is this of a concern ?
