Bloating and backpain due to IBS
Whenever I drink or eat I feel fullness and distention of abdomen which leads to back pain. I am on low fodmap restrictive diet. Drink two glasses of water also distends my stomach and causes fullness. How long should I continue with low fodmap restrictive diet since I want to travel outside hometown due to urgent issue.

Low FODMAP diet is usually continued strictly for 4-6 weeks and then foods are slowly reintroduced. Since you also have gastritis, your stomach is quite sensitive and that explains the bloating even with water. While travelling, try to stick to simple light foods — plain rice, boiled vegetables, bananas, avoid anything spicy or oily. For water, small sips throughout the day works better than drinking large glasses at once. Continue your current medications as prescribed and don't stress too much about the travel — keeping meals simple is the key.
