Sudden onset of stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, and loose motions is most commonly due to acute gastroenteritis — often from food or water contamination. The priority right now is to stay well hydrated with ORS (oral rehydration solution) or coconut water, as vomiting and loose motions together can lead to dehydration quickly. Eat light, bland food and avoid dairy, spicy, or oily food until you feel better.
Next Steps
Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation — if you have high fever, blood in stools, or cannot keep any fluids down, visit a hospital immediately.

Next Steps
the rapid progression from severe stomach pain last night to acute nausea, vomiting, and loose motions strongly points toward Acute Gastroenteritis or Food Poisoning. This cluster of symptoms indicates intense gastrointestinal tract inflammation, typically triggered by consuming contaminated food or water containing viral or bacterial pathogens.
Health Tips
To accurately review the exact location of your severe stomach pain, evaluate your current dehydration status, and provide an immediate, targeted prescription to stop your vomiting and loose motions, please book a full consultation session via my Practo profile."
