Stomach Problems & Remedies

Stool is very hard and very difficult to pass.it is not regular i am taking medicine librax twice daily

I've just attached the stool picture, can anyone please tell me it's normal? I'm concerned about this! Please 🙏🏻

My tsh came 0.54 and free t4 is 1.07 and I had lot problem in fat loss not lose even 1 kg in 20 days despite low calorie diet ans daily 1.5 hrs walk is my thyroid function normal or any evaluation needed

From 6-7 days i have been having mild lower abdominal pain with gas sometimes there is no pain but whenever i press my abdominal it hurts sometimes it feels pressure like tenesmus feeling to pass stool or gas....i don't have constipation i am not taking any medicine just antacid when needed but probiotic capsule daily please do guide what medicine can i take

Respected doctor I ma having from today  a bout of loose motion and abdominal cramps ( not frequent) possibly due to high heat and humid weather ,I had similar trouble about three weeks back and had taken ciphran and got well.Last capsule of the course was taken on 1/4 .canwe take another dose of ten capsules now? Or can I take doxyparl DRL ?

Ive been facing constipation type hard stools since almost a month now and along with it I also see rise in weight after the tuberculosis treatment that just got over before few months ago. And its affecting my hormones too. So what to do to treat it?

I started mounjaro 5 mg then jumped to 7.5 and then again came back to 5mg. Now its been 3 months on mounjaro with no side effects and hunger came back rapidly and already gained back 3 kgs after losing 15kgs in total. Can i take 10 mg directly and skip 7.5 mg.

My mom is having a lickage in her food pipe which make it bleed . It's a very small leakage, doctor said it's blood can be go through periods. This problem is of 1 year ago . She is getting vomit after eating anything , Even it it is rice , chappati , normal veggies , healthy food , home food , and also if she drinks and gets on liquid only then too she gets vomit after a bit time like 20 to 30 min or suddenly after 5 to 10 mins . The doctor had done nearby all the test of stomach and even had seen to neurologist+ dipression doctor too , nothing happened . The doctor had done - ct scan , mri , ultrasound, contrast test , endoscopy, video camera capsule test , and more other test I can't tell every name here . The main point is her vomit isn't getting stopped. Her treatment is going on medanta the medicity, but doctor aren't able to find the reason of vomit . Nothing is happening by madicine, by treatment, by admitting her in hospital. please suggest something for this vomit, thank you
