Recurrent abdominal pain in a 6-year-old is quite common and in most cases is not serious. At this age, the most frequent causes include constipation, intestinal worm infestation, indigestion, or functional pain — pain without a clear physical cause that is still very real to the child. Since she is complaining frequently, a doctor's examination is important to rule out infections, urinary tract infection, or other causes. Noting when the pain occurs — before or after meals, in the morning or at school — can help the doctor identify the pattern.
Next Steps
Please take her to a pediatrician for a proper physical examination. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.

If the abdominal pain is of long duration and intermittent and without any associated symptoms like weight loss fever or vomiting then usually it is not a cause for worry. As many doctors here have pointed out it might be something very trivial and treatable.
Next Steps
to get an ultrasound of the abdomen is a good idea. with the report you can consult a pediatrician online or in person.  Wishing her good health.

In a 6-year-old, repeated abdominal pain can be due to constipation, gas, worms, indigestion, urine infection, or stress/anxiety. Do next: Give plenty of water, fiber-rich food, avoid junk/spicy food, and check stool pattern. Consult a pediatrician for examination and tests like stool test, urine test, and deworming advice. Go urgently if severe pain, fever, vomiting, blood in stool, weight loss, or pain on right lower side.
Next Steps
You can check for ultrasound whole abdomen.

Most likely its due to worms infection. Deworming is needed .better if you visit a pediatric doctor ,no worry its completely curable in 4 to 5 days max.

Children, usually toddlers and school going children complain pain in abdomen when forced to eat which is common and one more reason common now a days is because of all the packet foods like chips, lays, biscuits and junk food which have preservatives and spices. These cause constipation, mesenteric lymphadenopathy ( just like tonsils in our mouth, similar structures are present in abdomen too ) and cause abdominal pain.
Next Steps
1st stop all the junk food, spices and packet foods. Do not show screens to children while eating. If pain persists after all the modifications, get a proper examination done and abdominal scan to know any underlying cause
Health Tips
Avoid spicy and junk food
