Can be gas. No loose motions. Pain in bottom side of stomach. Hurts more when i move. Stomach feels empty but cannot eat anything

Today morning I suddenly had fatigue after waking up with lose motions and vomiting. I also had fever yesterday but its reduced though theres loss of appetite and sleeplessness too. Even after I took medicines given by local hospital theres not much difference.

Have had papillary carcinoma back in 2018 and had thyroidectomy and radioactive iodine then itself, have been normal since then. Is it okay if I can start mounjaro for weight loss?

I am a 17 year old girl with weight around 46 kg and height 5'2 feet i am a student so i have a sedentary lifestyle with an average of less than 1000 steps a day , i had normal diet but since a month or 20 days i could feel my appetite being increased suddenly , i never ate more than 2 pieces max 3 pieces of dhokla in my life but today i ate 7 pieces of it although dhokla is a heavy snacks , i was always a half fry egg person and never likes boiled egg or i used to eat max 1 now i could willingly eat 2 boiled eggs easily and would even crave for more , i always used to eat max 2 aloo paratha for dinner now even after eating 3 i feel hungry and has to fill that hunger gap with omelette bread and Maggie, i study late till night around 3-4 am and avg screen time around 10 to 12 hours , i crave for food late at night and i feel empty just and hour or two after having dinner i also have habits of eating late night around 2 am after having my dinner around 9:30 pm, why is this happening?

Hello I have been fat ever since I was 16 years old. At 24, i decided to lose fat and ate very little (900-1k kcal) and walk (15k) and lost 26 kg in less than a year. I was 53kg now.  Lost a lot of muscles as well. Started gaining weight soon after. Within 3-4 years I was 66 kg. Shifted to Bengaluru for work and got married. Ate a lot of junk and gained around 15 kg in 2 years. Started eating healthy when hba1c tested 5.9... but sedantary lifestyle plus weekend parties.. went up to 86.5 kg in the next 2 years (hba1c decreased to 5.6).  Since Jan 2026, I have been eating super healthy (but 1500-1600 kcal). Even on weekends. And walking 6-8k everyday. But lost 1 kg only in two months. I don't have thyroid or any other hormonal issues. Vitamin d level is 28.8 and vitamin b12 is 260. Brkfast: oats 25 gm w/o sugar+2 boiled eggs. Lunch: sauteed veggies, chicken breast or fish steak. Evening: chai. Dinner: 100gm cooked rice, dal/rajma 1 katori, green sabzi, tofu/chckn/fish. Oil: 3-4tsp total

My cousin has been advised an endoscopy with RUT test by her physician She is currently on famtac 40 ,does she need to stop taking any PPI Medication before the procedure?

Hello Doctor. I had intramucosal adenocarcinoma of the rectum about 9 years ago, arising from a 2 × 2 cm tubulovillous adenoma, moderately differentiated, with no invasion beyond the muscularis mucosa. Only polypectomy was performed, and no further treatment was required. The report showed MSI-negative / MMR-proficient. At that time, MRI of the pelvis and a CT scan were normal, and the post-polypectomy site biopsy showed no dysplasia or malignancy. Follow-up has been done regularly: • Colonoscopy – about 10 times, all normal (last on 12 November 2025) • Whole abdomen ultrasound – about 10 times, all normal • Blood tests – about 6 times, all normal • Chest X-ray (PA view) – 4 times, all normal Kindly advise the appropriate interval for my future surveillance colonoscopy. Also, if a new polyp appears in the future, would it necessarily be malignant in my case, or would it usually be benign? If I undergo colonoscopy every year, what is the risk that a new polyp could be malignancy?
