On March 1st, I had a very intense infection on my tonsils due to which I had to take antibiotics, paracetamol, and allergy medicine for almost a month.(Most of March)
But during that my stomach was okay
Then on April 1st, I guess i had a stomach infection which caused mild diarrhea for a day that's all
Now it's 25th April, my stools are not firm and still watery. I don't go multiple times just once in the morning , some days twice which is normal.
I don't have stomach pain or anything
I don't have fatigue or any other symptom either
I have been taking enterogermia, probiotics, curd but no improvement on the texture of my stools
Pls help.

Repeated use of antibiotics sometimes causes gut flora imbalance. You should take probiotics for balancing your gut flora. You should also take ORS and plenty of liquids to prevent dehydration. Light diet will be helpful to restore your normal digestive capacity. Ayurveda medicines will be helpful to check loose motions without disturbing your gut microbiome health. Looks like your gut is still recovering after antibiotics, so stool not fully formed can happen.
Since no pain or fever and frequency is normal, it’s usually not serious.
Continue probiotics, eat simple diet curd, banana, rice, avoid junk for few days.
If it doesn’t settle in 1 week, better to check stool test once.

The persistent change in your stool consistency—from firm to watery for nearly a month—following a long course of antibiotics in March is a classic presentation of Antibiotic-Associated Diarrhea (AAD). Antibiotics often kill the 'good' bacteria in your gut along with the bad ones, leading to a condition called Dysbiosis, where your digestive system struggles to absorb water and nutrients properly, even if you feel otherwise healthy
