Burrning sensation on the stomach skin
I have consulted many doctors and I am now tired of treatment. Over the past one year, I have visited 3 gastroenterologists, 2 dermatologists, 1 neurologist, 1 urologist, and 1 nephrologist. I have done around 5 ultrasounds and 2 full body checkups, but nothing abnormal has been found. However, for the past one year, I have been experiencing a burning sensation on the right side of the abdominal skin. There is no problem related to eating or drinking. Even if I drink tea 4–5 times a day, it does not affect the burning at all. This burning sensation starts in the morning as soon as I wake up and continues throughout the day. It goes away only when I fall asleep at night. When I stay without wearing a T-shirt or shirt, the burning sensation is mild. But as soon as I wear a T-shirt or shirt, the burning starts or increases. This pattern has been repeating continuously for the last 14 months.

Since the burning is on the skin, this is likely a nerve related sensitivity rather than a stomach issue. The fact that it increases with clothing and reduces without it also supports this. These conditions are common and manageable, but need the right approach. you’ve already consulted many doctors, so instead of repeating tests, it’s better to take a focused treatment plan. If you’re open to it, I can guide you step by step with a targeted approach feel free to book a consultation.

Bhai jo tu bata raha hai na, yeh stomach ya liver ka issue nahi lag raha. Sab reports normal aa rahi hain aur pain skin pe burning type hai, kapde se badh raha hai — yeh typical nerve irritation wala pain hota hai. Basically skin ke neeche jo choti nerves hoti hain, unme irritation/entrapment ho jata hai. Isliye: • burning ya jalan hoti hai • touch ya T-shirt lagne se badh jata hai • sone par thoda relief milta hai Isme scans aur tests usually normal hi aate hain, isliye itne doctors dikhane ke baad bhi kuch nahi mila. Ab kya kar: • Tight clothes avoid kar, loose cotton pehen • Local gel try kar (lidocaine ya capsaicin type) kaafi logon ko relief milta hai • Agar zyada disturb kar raha hai to doctor se pregabalin/gabapentin ya raat ko amitriptyline jaisi medicines le sakta hai (ye nerve pain ke liye hoti hain) Aur haan, tension wali baat nahi hai, koi serious disease ya cancer type kuch nahi lag raha. Yeh bas nerve ka issue hai, thoda time aur sahi treatment se control ho jata hai.

Since all your organ-related tests (Ultrasounds, Full body checkups) are normal and your symptoms are strictly limited to the skin surface—aggravated specifically by the touch of clothing—this is a classic case of Neuropathic Pain. Specifically, it points toward Cutaneous Nerve Entrapment or a localized Neuralgia. The fact that it only occurs when you are awake and worsens with touch (Allodynia) suggests that the nerves supplying that specific patch of skin are hypersensitive or compressed."
