While pure aloe vera gel is known for its soothing properties on the stomach lining, consuming 10 grams daily for a long period (2–3 months) requires extreme caution, especially for a patient with Diabetes and High Blood Pressure. Aloe vera can have a 'hypoglycemic effect,' meaning it can lower blood sugar levels further. If you are already on diabetic medication, this could lead to dangerously low blood sugar (Hypoglycemia). Furthermore, some components in raw aloe vera can act as a stimulant laxative, which might interfere with the absorption of your blood pressure medicines. Clinically, it is essential to monitor your levels closely if you continue this natural remedy."

Small amounts of pure aloe vera gel may help some people, but with diabetes and BP it’s better to use it cautiously and identify the actual cause of severe gastritis 👍 please book a consult for proper evaluation and safe long term management.
