Hello Doctor, I have developed a few small itchy bumps/spots on my inner thighs and around the outer vaginal/groin area. There is no pus, fever, or severe pain. The bumps are mildly itchy and a few have become slightly dark/scabbed. I also have some black/dark spots on my thighs in the same area. I would like to know whether this could be due to folliculitis, fungal infection, irritation, pigmentation from friction, or something else, and what treatment I should use. Hello Doctor, I have been experiencing hair fall recently and noticed a small red bump/pimple on my scalp with slight redness and irritation. There is also some flaking/dandruff visible around the scalp area. I have attached a photo for reference. My concerns are: Could this scalp issue be causing my hair fall? Is this scalp acne, folliculitis, or some infection? What treatment/shampoo/medicine would you recommend?

I have been using Cetaphil cleanser and dot&key moisturizer...i added Kojic acid in my routine it was okay at first then I had to change my cleanser to cera ve it was still fine I didn't like it that much so I switched back to Cetaphil, Kojic , moisturizer but now I have a clutter of pimples on my chin very small in a bunch on a same place on chin idk how that happened and what should I do
