Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Respected sir, I am a student and facing hairline recession on my forehead. I have family report in this issue and expecting to atleast stop the further recession. At the age of 13 I noticed this problem and and from past 1 year I start noticing a round shape in my tample area. Suggest me some safe prescription to protect my hair.

I have tiny bumps non itchy rashes more on my both the arms and less on my thy. Attached pics. A month ago I did my blood tests . Everything looks normal.

Four year ago I used skin lite cream and accidentally i steamed it of  i stopped it suddenly so later month it turned to black I have reversed many shades but still some brown pages and discoloration uneven skin tone is In face what can I do

Irritation on scrotum skin and pubic area some redness on scrotum I have used pee safe intimate wash still no result and pain is there Help me also not be able to sleep because of irritation. Give some medicines or cream anything to fix this ( Request) 🙏🏻

I have vitiligo on my left leg only and it is decreasing by medications and phototherapy , for the past 4 5 months I was not taking phototherapy and now some new patches are forming on my left leg . I am now consuming medicine applying tacrolimus ointment cream on white spots and taking sunlight but the black skin colour is not coming on white spots . When I was taking phototherapy they were coming . I don't have white hairs on my vitiligo prone areas and I'm 18 yrs old I have my whole life in front of me and I'm diagnosed with vitiligo. I think after taking the corona vaccine this skin disease happened to me . When I lived in Varanasi I was able to take phototherapy but now I live in very less  famous us place and I don't think here I could find phototherapy . Some respected doctor please suggest me what should I do . I have patches on my left leg only and I don't want them to spread on other parts and stop them within my leg only

My skin was previously clear, but over the last 3 years I have noticed the gradual appearance of multiple new moles all over my body. Initially, these spots were very light in color, but many of them have gradually become darker over time. The moles are mostly small in size and are appearing continuously in different areas, especially on my back, thighs, and chest. A significant number of new moles have developed during this period. I have already undergone a biopsy of one of these lesions, and the results were reported as normal with no concerning findings. However, I am concerned because new moles continue to appear and some of the existing ones are becoming darker. I would like an evaluation regarding the possible causes of these multiple new moles and whether any further investigations or monitoring are recommended.

Respected doctors, What is the mainstay treatment for zoon balanitis?? Initially the doctor prescribed me steroid cream, which was kind of effective but it cannot be used for a long time. As soon as cream is stopped, the inflammation spot  within hours returns on specific part of the glans and part under the foreskin area. I don't wish to go for circumcision. Please help me .

Had unprotected sex on 17 may and 1 week after it I saw a small pimple on my penis glans just beside the tip. That pimple went away next day and from then on I haven't had any such pimples or symptoms or pain. I want to know the steps that I should go for to get checked for std or hiv whatever it is.
