I am having seabhhoriec dermatitis since 8 years and tried everything from nizoral shampoo to ketaconazole, but shampoos don't work , there is itching and flaring, and dandruff like substance that form on scalp even after shampoo it doesn't go, Has anybody able to get out of this

Bump filled with keratin on penis
I am experiencing bumps on my penis (around the base most of the time) filled with keratin from the past few months once or twice a month these bumps eventually grow into a pimple like which when poked or bursts on its releases the keratin and then disappears however till that time or after that there's another bump already there

Rashes on body since last 20 days.
