Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi Doctor, sometimes i have to go outside in intense heat and sunlight and i generally prefer to wear half T-shirt in summer, but as my hand faces direct sunlight so it start looking black as compared to shoulders. Will you please advise some cream/moisturizer which can prevent my skin from darkening?

I haven't used any new lip product But i am experiencing lip dryness no matter how much i apply lip balm or vaseline or boro plus. Like immediately after washing my lips with water, they become super dry. Pls suggest what to do. ALSO could it be a sign of any STI ?

My entire body has an uneven skin tone; specifically, my neck has an uneven complexion that does not match my face at all. Furthermore, the skin tone of my hands and feet—and even my back—does not match either. I have a scar on my nose caused by a Dettol burn. I have been using Kojivit cream for some time, but there is not much improvement. Could you please suggest any better medication or treatment to reduce the scar? It is concerning me. Thank you.
