Bump filled with keratin on penis
I am experiencing bumps on my penis (around the base most of the time) filled with keratin from the past few months once or twice a month these bumps eventually grow into a pimple like which when poked or bursts on its releases the keratin and then disappears however till that time or after that there's another bump already there
