Young man... You are right to worry about it. But wrong to have waited 4 months to get it attended to. A more detailed history of sexual contact prior to the appearance of this growth is required to help you further as a few blood tests may be in order if so. It could be a wart, mollusc or any beingn cyst. Either way, an intervention via an acid, cream or Electrocautery or Laser intervention is in order post the lab tests and please do visit your Dermatologist nearest you in namma Bengaluru.
