Small round bumps on skin
I can see multiple small, smooth, dome-shaped, pink/pearly bumps, some with a slight central dip, clustered on the groin part. How to reduce rid of this?? Please suggest some medicines

• Findings are typical of molluscum contagiosum (pearly, dome-shaped bumps with central dimple) • It is a viral infection, not boils; can spread locally by touch/shaving Next Steps • Avoid self-picking or squeezing • Best and fastest option: dermatologist removal (cautery / cryotherapy / extraction) • If multiple lesions → clinic procedure is preferred over creams Helpful Tips / Words of Caution • It is contagious → avoid shaving, scratching, or sharing towels • Can spread to partner → avoid sexual contact till treated • Do not use steroid creams (will worsen spread) • Even if untreated, may resolve in months, but treatment prevents spread and scarring Kindly consult with me via practo for detailed evaluation and treatment
