Getting small itchy pink bumps on hand

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Lately I'm getting small itchy pink with waste white blood bumps on my hand every day, of one goes away, two will show up next day. Am I having any underlying decease or its just coming due to stress and body heat, Images attached.

Looks like Folliculitis. Get CBP and RBS,RFT checked. Topical antibiotic morning and night for local application for the lesions . Get consultation with dermatologist.
