A painless small bump on penis

I feel like this is dejavu as recollect answering an almost similar query where again the pic was NOT opening at our end. Either which way the bumps could be benign tumors or infectious like Molluscum Contagiosum etc. Best to Consult a Dermatologist in person and if in Bangalore, welcome to come across to any of my clinic spaces with due appointment or Consult me Online first using any of these portals eg Apollo 24/7 and then take it from there

Needs to be looked at, removed and sorted out and not neglected and delayed especially if some sort of infection. If Sebaceous cyst or some other benign cyst, can be also electively removed froman aesthetic view point.
