Sudden left hand finger skin getting some dry spots , sometimes eaching occurs, after scratching the skin white liquid comes out, Slowly slowly area of affected region increasing day by day , Please suggest me best medicine/lotion for this

My doctor suggested golite cream for hyper pigmentation on face . But after using it around 10 days , I am getting 3 to 4 pimples on my face which is not present before using that cream. Should I discontinue the cream?

Is there any medicine which can actually helps in water allergy. Post bath throughout the year, i feel itching for 10-15 mins. Taking antihistamines- Desloratadine 5 mg and Hydroxyzine Hiten 25 mg daily as recommended by my doctor and it's been 2 months but it's still active. I'd say the relief is 50-60% but when i take a shower in cold water it starts itching in legs and now it's in full body. Is there any side effects also for taking these medicines daily? Please suggest any permanent solution for this.
