Psych meds safety

I want to know if psychiatric medicines like SSRI, SNRI, antipsychotics etc cause any damage to neurons or brain cells or damage receptors. Do these permanently destroy neurons or induce neuron death or how? Also, want to ask about rtms therapy. Does this destroy neurons or it helps. Internet information is not reliable as everyone says anything that may not be medically accurate. Kindly share right information. Thanks

Help: Father on Bipolar Meds

My father is taking the following medicines for a nerve/mental health condition: Divalproex ER 250 mg Risperidone + Trihexyphenidyl 2 mg Nerve vitamins (Benfotiamine, Methylcobalamin, etc.) He’s sleeping better now, but still gets angry and talks aggressively about past events. He is not behaving the same he is used to do before. This is the second time this has been triggered. Last time was 1½year ago. We've used the same tablets for nearly 6 months and stopped. What kind of food or lifestyle changes can help him recover better? Thank you.
