Hi doctor prescribed me quel 50sr with torvox 10mg after taking this i feel sleepy tiredness with muscle pain and my mood is down I had mania earlier should i stop this.mood stabilizer will it best for me?

I have started nexcito 5 tab 1/2 at morning after breakfast for 6 days... Now today nexcito 5... Once at morning.. But i fells very weekness whole the day and low energy and confused.... Is this side effect of this medicine...why this feeling.... I am pregnant 24 weeks also... Is this medicine safe to use for baby? And also have low lying placenta..

Hi I had panic disorder problem in the past and used to get panic attacks and was on paroxetine medicine. I got tested cholesterol borderline high 1.5 years back and then did ecg,echo and tmt and reports were normal. Sometimes when I feel chest pain , sometimes needle sensation sometimes muscular pain, I always fear that is there any cardiac issue or not.. I have consulted cardiologist and psychiatrist so many times, but still I always fear the same . I always related any kind of chest pain to cardiac problems. Can anyone please help me in this situation by proper guidance.
