Hello Doctors, I have anixety and panic attack for last 9 years I am taking antidepressants but if I Stop taking again it's coming very worse I am not able to tolerate.   It's stared in the year of 2016 when I went to Bangalore for new job. That time I felt lonely and when I enter into the office I felt like I will die like that. Now it's developed like jealous, I am not settled and  others settled . And thoughts keep on coming. I am looking for permanent cure is their any homepathy treatment is available to cure this problem .

My mother 44 years old is facing sleep problems. She finds difficult in falling asleep as well as if falls asleep finds it hard to maintain the sleep cycle. She also has history of epilepsy and consuming medicine for the same. The problem of sleep was present earlier in the year 2020 and it again started this February. She sleeps when she consumes sleeping pills. But taking the help of sleeping pills is the not the solution. How can it be cured naturally. She is also full of anxiety and stress

Hi I had a relationship but he had to marry someone because of family pressure. Now, he is connected to me as we cant let go each other. But at the same time what he is doing for the other person irritates me. I cannot sleep, i think too much, i cry too much and then i feel so lazy all the time. I need to get assessed for ADHD (ADD/inattentive type). Although I'm not too hyperactive, I have always struggled with Inattentiveness, forgetfulness, mental fog, difficulty staying focused, disorganization, and zoning out. My mind keeps racing from one thought to another all the time and is never quiet. There's always a monolog going on in the background. I also fidget a lot.
