I have Pcos. I have been taking crina NCR for the last 5 days. My doctor has recommended it for heavy periods and since it was happening for more than 10 days. But even after taking it, i am still having a small amount of periods and bit of pain in lower abdomen. What should i do??

Lately i am getting pain in left hand and left left shoulder, i have taken all tests from ECG, 2D ECHO, TMT, Cardiac CT, doctor said it has PAPVC with no ASD. But this pain is not related to heart. I have advised for physiotherapy and gave medicine called Etova MR. Taken for alamost 20 days not working at all. Sometimes its shoulder joint, sometimes its backside shoulder and sometimes under collar bone, like this i keep getting pain. I get lot of fear pain and discomfort. Kindly help me Please

Is it safe to take cold medicines with a pexep 12.5mg tablet every day in the morning? I am also taking petril and zolfresh 5 mg at night.
