Vitamin D Deficiency - Cholecalciferol 60,000 IU once weekly after food for 8 weeks - Then maintenance dose: 1000–2000 IU daily or once weekly Re-check serum Vitamin D after 8–12 weeks 2. Vitamin B12 Deficiency Severe deficiency (neurological symptoms possible) - Injection Methylcobalamin 1000 mcg IM, once weekly for 6 weeks - Then oral Methylcobalamin 1500 mcg daily for maintenance Check B12 levels after 8 weeks; Continue oral if corrected 3. Liver Enzyme Elevation (SGPT 71.8 U/L) Likely mild NAFLD or metabolic hepatocellular stress - Avoid alcohol and hepatotoxic drugs - Weight loss (target: 5–10% of body weight) - Diet: low saturated fat, low refined carbs - Exercise: ≥30 minutes/day, 5 days/week - Add: Silymarin or Liv-52 DS (optional liver support) Liver function test (LFT) repeat in 3 months Consider Liver Ultrasound 4. Tab D- rise 60,000 units once per week for 6 to 8 weeks. Tab mecodenz -5, 2.4 microgram daily for 6 to 8 weeks. Take fat free, low sugar diet with more of fresh vegetables and fruits. Do regular physical exercise.

Your blood test shows significant deficiencies of vitamin d and B 12.liver enzymes are elevated perhaps due to fatty liver,a raised LDL and eosinophils.Consider vitamin b 12 injection cyanocobalamin 1000 mcg daily for a week, followed by weekly once for 4 weeks.Injection vitamin d 600000 iu 15 days apart or cap d rise 60000 iu weekly once for atleast 12 weeks.

Start with reducing oil consumption on daily basis, Try to avoid deep fried items Start vitamin D capsules, 60000 iu per week for 6 weeks along with Tablet B complex 1 tab/day for atleast a month If you drink alcohol, reduce the amount gradually, i know you cant stop it abruptly Your kidney is also affected, try to drink atleast 2-3 liters of water daily You have allergy too, try doing deworming.
