Regarding vitamin b12 tablet
Hi Doctor, i have done my medical test in which my b12 level was 167. So i have bought tablet as seen in attached image. Should i consume it daily or weekly ? How much time should i consume it ? Is it to be taken on empty stomach, after lunch or after dinner ?
