Crina NCR (norethisterone) is a hormonal medicine often prescribed to control heavy or prolonged periods. Since youâve been on it for 5 days and still have spotting and lower abdominal pain, itâs possible your body is still adjusting to the medication. However, if the bleeding persists or worsens, or if the pain increases, itâs important to inform your doctor. They may adjust the dose, change the medication, or investigate other causes such as fibroids, endometrial issues, or hormonal imbalance. Avoid taking additional painkillers without consulting your doctor. Rest, stay hydrated, and track the bleeding pattern.
