Not advisable  till its unbearable.  Steam inhalation with Vicks or eucalyptus. Or go for homeopathy

There is drug interaction between these anxiolytics and anticold medications. Hence if mild cold, just take steam inhalation,  if more then talk to your treating Dr. To reduce dose and adjust time of these meds.

Dear Patient , Yes, you may take cold medications with Pexep 12.5 mg in the morning, but please use caution.
Next Steps
Safe Options: Prefer cold medicines that are non-drowsy and do not contain antihistamines or sedatives like chlorpheniramine or diphenhydramine, as they may increase drowsiness when combined with Petril and Zolfresh at night. Safer Ingredients: Look for medicines containing Paracetamol, Phenylephrine, or Levocetirizine (in low dose) – but only one at a time and avoid at bedtime. Important: Always check labels and consult before combining multiple medications. Since you’re on psychiatric medication, it’s best to stick to simple cold remedies and avoid over-the-counter multi-ingredient formulas unless prescribed. Let me know your symptoms so I can guide you with a specific recommendation.
Health Tips
Avoid: Combination cold medicines that contain alcohol, sedatives, or multiple CNS depressants. These can dangerously increase sedation. Take care feel free to ask anything!
