Doctor, I’ve had a mild left-side rib pain and a burning sensation for the past three days. It’s not very painful, but it feels uncomfortable. This started after I ate spicy snacks. I don’t have constant pain it comes and goes.

I was on etilaam pro 20 since a long time so visited a psychiatrist for the same and she prescribed me escimed 5 mg along with etilaam. I took it yesterday but in the mrng around 5 am I felt sweaty and my heart rate was high so got worried and now also while sitting my heart rate got high. What is going on?
