So a i was travelling in shorts and suddenly felt something warm and saw that the dog licked my leg and not sure if there was a bit . I went to doctor to give medication, they gave rabivax s in the glutes and then i saw internet i came to know it is not ideal place to have that injection instead it shoudl always be deltoid . Now i am worried , should i repewt the course or take the next doses in the deltoid and also should i take hrig?

I'm 26yrs old i recently tested my ferritin is 39ng/dl should I need supplement or diet? Is iron supplement safe?

I am having palpitations after meal and this symptoms I have been suffering since last 1 year. I am 37 Male .I had a skin rash issue due to allergy almost 2 weeks ago .I did take medicine n it's now cured .
