I am 37 Male .I had a skin rash issue due to allergy almost 2 weeks ago .I did take medicine n it's now cured . But I did mark that I am having issue with bowel movement post that.also there is changes iny lifestyle where I am doing night shift work but that is almost 2 months n the bowel movement was somewhat fine .but post my treatment of skin rash I am facing issue with bowel movement & gets much bloated .
Please help me as I am feeling very much uncomfortable due to.this
