Child Health Issues

My Kid has had a cough for the past 1 day and a runny nose. Doctor has prescribed Welminic LS (levosalbutamol sulphate ambroxol hydrochloride and guaiphenesin) Syrup 2.5 ml daily and Levocetrizine Dihydrochloride Syrup 2.5 ml once a day. Can someone tell how many dose we can give and How much? Earlier one day before these medicines he was having Alex Junior and Monocef 100 due to runny nose and fever along with Nobel Plus SOS. The doctor also gave him Otrivin Nasal Drops.

Stomach pain.yesterday he eat burgers after tht it happens.wht should I do.please suggest some medicine

My baby is 6 days old.In the hospital she ate aptamil gold but now I am trying to give her only breastfeeding.Yesterday baby passing gas  and poop after every breastfeed.Yesterday 10 times and today from morning 6 times but small quantity.After trying so much she can't burp.She is sleeping throughout the day.What can I do?Is she ok?

Hello Doctor, My child (6 years old) is having chickenpox. Today is the 5th day. Symptoms: - Fever, especially at night - Multiple blisters all over the body and face - Some blisters appear to have pus - Child is active at times in the morning, but becomes dull during fever - Right eyelid is reddish and slightly swollen We are currently giving Levocet syrup at night for itching. We are also giving coconut water and fruits as per the child’s preference. Kindly advise: 1. Is this a normal stage or a sign of infection? 2. Do we need any antibiotic ointment or medicine? 3. My daughter is 2years and 8 months.. She's been having morning coughs(as soon as she wakes up for around 10 seconds not continuous though) since last December..it's on and off episode. Consulted her pediatrician and he's examined her and said there's mild wheezing as of now..on first examination Dr had prescribed levolin,fexagon and nasoclear saline drops..that doesn't seem to work,so now the Dr has prescribed Asthalin inhaler (2 puffs ,5-6 times a day) for 5 days.. Since then she's been having mucus(whitish/yellowish)out of her nose..she still has morning cough that has not subsided and cold too.. she's an active child,playful,no day time cough,no tiredness nothing..just worried why is her cough not subsiding.

I started her formula(lactogen 30ml)as part of bottle training on Tuesday(24/03) till sunday i was giving her 30 ml in day sometimes twice 60ml she was fine till Sunday afternoon, but i had spicy food on Saturday evening. From sunday after she started pooping 3-4 times a day now its 3 day she still poop for 6 times not full mostly less many times. Poop is light pale yellow semi watery with some lumpy seeds . What should I do although she is playful feeding welll fully active . Should I continue formula ? Or any medicine?

My baby is 27 days old, and he was a preemie, born at 34 weeks and 2 days. The doctor said to use formula to help him gain weight until he hit 3kg, which he just did! So now I'm exclusively breastfeeding him. He gets hungry every 1.5 hours and feeds for about 20 to 30 minutes. He pees and poops well too. For the last two nights, he's been crying as soon as I put him down after feeding, even though he was totally asleep while feeding. I burp him and hold him upright for at least 10 minutes before putting him down, but it doesn't seem to help. I'm wondering if it has something to do with my feeding – like, am I overfeeding him? And, how can I get him to calm down?

Hello, My 5 year old daughter always complains about stomachache and does not eat food properly. Always hesitation of food intake. She has also vomited twice in the last 2 days. What medication should be suggested.
