A musk shrew (house shrew) bite is not a rabies risk, so anti-rabies vaccine (ARV) is NOT required.
Shrews are not known to transmit rabies, unlike dogs, cats, bats, monkeys, etc.

While Musk shrews are not considered a primary carrier of rabies, you should immediately wash the bite thoroughly with soap and water for at least fifteen minutes to reduce infection risk, if wound is bigger need of antibiotics kindly consult
