From sunday after she started pooping 3-4 times a day now its 3 day she still poop for 6 times not full mostly less many times. Poop is light pale yellow semi watery with some lumpy seeds . What should I do although she is playful feeding welll fully active . Should I continue formula ? Or any medicine?

Hello I understand your concern… This is normal sometimes whenever we do mixed feeding nothing to worry as such .. Try to make the formula with aseptic technique and proper dilution (1scoop in 30 ml) and need to add probiotic .. Kindly don’t blame your meal there is no connection with your diet and her pooping
Next Steps
Just add probiotic like colisma for 3 days
Health Tips
continue breast feeding
