My father is a diabetic patients , he is covid positive ..who will be a best specialization to treat covid 19 .. pulmonologist or general medicine ?

My wife age 27 years is under treatment of MTB from govt hospital for last 6 momths as she was tested rimpfacin resistance after tuberculous pleural effusion. In her latest USG radiologist has given remark of Minimal septated pleural effusion with focal pleural thickening. Do I need to continue treatment or is it serious and I need to approach it differently.

The patient is on TB medication from one month. She is doing vomiting from 2 days continuously after eating or drinking any thing. But today she took TB medicine 2times and vomited it both the times immediately after taking the TB medicine. So please suggest can we skip todays TB medicine. And suggest for vomiting. Please help.

Hi I am a tb patient. I am taking government medicines since 22 days.There is no relaxation or effect as such.Should i go for private treatment ?

I've been suffering from asthma since 2015. I was on Seroflo 250 , now another doctor prescribed me Budamate 200 which increases my symptoms i.e breathing problems at night. Is it real that budamate doesn't work for me or this is  my mind problem?

During the COVID second wave in India my mother caught the COVID infection and became severely ill in the month of April 2021. She had a very severe COVID pneumonia to such an extent that her HRCT scan score was 23/25 and required Bipap ventilator also for the treatment. By god's grace she survived it and is on way to recovery. But past few days she observed that there is some presence of blood in mucus whenever she coughs. So on a doctor's recommendation we did chest Xray to see the possible cause of blood in mucus. Attached are her reports for the chest xray and xray report. Any advice or further course of action provided is highly appreciated.
