Chest & Breathing Problems

Hi, I had mild fever on Wednesday. Today is fourth day and I'm symptom free except productive cough which comes infrequently. Sometime back, suddenly I felt little difficult to breathe. My nose is still congested. My spo2 is 98-99. I am double vaxxed and already had covid in last year. This difficult to breathe is because of nasal congestion or pneumonia? Should I be worried?

Was facing dizziness to near by unconscious. So made 3 blood test Hb1, TSH & CBC. Hb1 & TSH is normal but In CBC it is showing absolute Eosinophils count blood showing 854. Where it should be in the range of 20-500. Neutropils 30, lymphocytes 50 & Eosinophils 14 (1-6). To whom should I consult.

I am having breathing difficulty, short breath, mucus problem, sound while breathing...what should i do?

One pulmonologist prescribed my father( 58 years old diabetic) Azithromycin & doxofylline at night for covid ...my father was taking Azithromycin in the morning before his consultation ...now should he continue taking Azithromycin in morning & doxofylline at night or both at night ? Or Can we take Azithromycin & doxofylline in the morning too ?

How cough travels from lungs to throat ? Is it travelling when body is in sleeping posture ? Is it the way to bring cough out of lungs and put to throat to stomach ? So it gets off from body ? Is sirsasan asana  helpful in giving gravity to cough to fall from lungs to throat ?

Patient sleeping all time and oxyegn level is ,31 and pulse is 100 and not eating anything and hip replacement surgery done befor 20 days ago

A uk study shows that Azithromycin has no role to stop hospitalization in omicron then why most of the doctors prescribing it ...the study further says it can increase the chances of hospitalization in mil to moderate cases of covid ...Is it true ? My father (diabetic ) is moderately ill from covid &  on Azithromycin & doxofylline ...

My wife is experiencing dry cough since birth. Seems like she is having chronic cough or something else. Please guide me what to do. Is c ray required and what are all the investigating that are necessary to prevent this sickness? Can't see her like this. No, there's no infection. If she had then problem would have been worst coz she's experiencing this very long time. Detailed answer is welcome.

I stay with my sister and her two kids and I am tested covid positive and my sister has tested negative. Do my sister and her kids need to go through antibiotics (Erythromycin) course which I have been prescribed by my doctor ( i had body pain and i was taking dolo-650 now I am exhibiting only sore throat) Thanks in advance.

I have been having Covid symptoms since morning. Have given RT PCR test... But started with medicines after consulting a doctor via Practo. Spo2 reading is varying from 93 to 97 in left index finger. While it's 97-99 in right index. Will the values differ between two fingers? What shall be the ideal range? When is this a cause of worry? My fever is currently 101' F.
