Chest & Breathing Problems

Hi I am suffering from spine TB its been 4 month I am taking ATT with full bedrest. Now I have started 30 min cycling so is it good option or should I drop me idea as sometime I feel pain in that particular area.My overall motive is to loose weight by physical activities and no reducing calories. Kindly suggest what to do.

Hello Sir/Mam I just wanted to have your valuable opinion in context to my brother's prolonged nasal congestion/ blockage post Covid , he had tested +ve(post complete vaccination) in the last week Of June 2021, was completely fine by the end of first week of July 2021, post which after about 2 months till date he is continuously witnessing nasal blockage and is unable to breathe completely via nose as a result he is breathing via mouth too specially at the night time,which is also interrupting his sleep.. PFT was done as per advice was satisfactory but still he is not completely okay ,was a smoker since last 15 years ,recently had Quit via 2 months dosage of Champix , now hates smoking seriously..What do u suggest can be the possible reasons for such uneasiness??

Please explain the report, all the reports of culture test are negative. The patient is previously treated with pulmonary  mdr tb but two months ago the patient had a lymph node swelling so test done. Before this the test of cbnaat is also negative

I got fever about 100 on 5 January 2021, after that i tested myself for Covid (RT-PCR) on 6th, and i tested positive. I am fully vaccinated. After 5th, I didn't get fever, rest of days  i had a lot of body pain, sometimes feels sore throat, and nothing else, my spo2 remains normal, i was taking Calpol 500 Tablet 3 times a day, Zincovit Tablet 2times a day, Limcee Tablet 3 times a day, I had serious gastric problem from my teenage, so sometimes i take Digene Tablet, on 8th day i visited my doctor, he told me take Nimulid Tablet 2 times a day and Azilide Tablet, empty stomach for 3 days, from 5th day i was doing Iodine Gargel, once Daily, i was drinking a lot of hot water from the 1st day, even i start eating Ginger from 6th Day 15-20gms a day, sometimes i takes honey with it, On 10 Day i tested Negative in Rapid Antigen Test(at Govt. Hospital), now my medicine is discontinued by my doctor, but still sometimes i feel weak, throat irritation is persisting, sometime runny nose. What to do?

Hello Dr. I was infected TB in childhood and now I'm 30 almost every winter (mostly in winter season) , I cough a lot in morning time and evening time . I try cough syrup but no relief. Any medicine , tips , Home remedies which will help me to get rid of coughing ? Please suggest. Thank you !!

Hello dr, My dr prescribed me COVID 19 virus qualitative rtpcr throat swap test. Can u please tell how it is diffrent from COVID 19 rtpcr test ? Or both are same?

Am Covid positive Chest X-ray normal. crp- 0.06 D DIMER- 220.. CBC, LFT, Vitamins, completely normal. no sugar No fever or body aches.. SPO2- above 96% most of the times.. It's almost 14 days since I got positive But still why do I feel I can't breathe properly through nose? I feel as if air isn't entering my nose.. I would describe it as rapid shallow breathing I have sinusitis, deviated nasal septum, polyps but it's since 3 years and have remained inactive N SYMPTOM FREE., I don't know if it's causing me issues now coz of Covid Feeling depressed and helpless. Don't know which doctor to go to

Hi..I have chronic cough for last 12 years. It stays for about 3-4 months and is quite severe. I suffer from this cough each year. Doctors diagnose it as Bronchitis cough, CVA, allergy etc. All investaigation reports have always been clear. Medicines do not work and ultimately, doctors resort to steroids.One doctor prescribed me Gabapentin NT 400 at night but unfortunately it did not work even 1% and I kept coughing all night. My cough gets litter better upon head massage or when I am distracted. No cough when I am sleeping. Any advise? Recently, I read about Gabapentin being a good medicine for chronic cough. I nightstarting taking 300 mg three times a day and I see about 40-50% relief. Now, my question is - can I try and take 600 mg three times a day? The studies I have read says 1800 mg is well tolerated and is effective for people suffering from Chronic cough.

I have been diagnosed with TB in the Pleura, Iam on DOT treatment , It has been almost been more than  one month of the treatment and water drainage, my right side of the lung still hurts. Iam not able to sleep well towards right. My uric acid is 11 and cholesterol is 224. Is it because of these Anti TB Drug? What to do?

I have been prescribed dry powder inhaler twice a day. Can I use it empty stomach before breakfast as I have to go to Office. Thanks in advance
