Minimal septated pleural effusion
My wife age 27 years is under treatment of MTB from govt hospital for last 6 momths as she was tested rimpfacin resistance after tuberculous pleural effusion. In her latest USG radiologist has given remark of Minimal septated pleural effusion with focal pleural thickening. Do I need to continue treatment or is it serious and I need to approach it differently.
