Respected doctors my cbc report is that report normal or not i am attaching my report plz help me out as i am confused about lymphocytes count

Actually lung mass is in my left side of lung (medistinal tumor) but getting heavy pain on my right side of lung waist hip back ,ay I know the reason

I have seen increase in absolute lymphocytes over course of 1 year Sept21 - 1.74,  differential lymphocytes : 20.20 March22- 2.76, differential lymphocytes 43.8 May 2022- 2.86, differential lymphocytes 39.7 Dec 22 -     3.38, differential lymphocytes 42.1 Facing mushy stool issue, Have given for Coeliac test, previously Gastroenterologiest specified possibility of IBS as I have constipation sometimes too. History of allergic bronchitis and allergic rhinitis, gastritis, hypertension, high cholesterol History of fissure gone now and 1st grade piles? Is there any additional test that need to be done or just wait and watch?

In January 2020 I have done mdct plain of chest. Again in dec 2022 I have done mdct of neck and chest with constract and without constract. The report are normal. As I have general anxiety disorderI have done this. When I am doing  this I am not aware of radiation risk. Now I am have anxiety issue with it as i come to know that there is risk associated. I cannot concentrate and sleep. Can I get any response what amount of lifetime risk I am holding from the radiation. Please help me to calm down.

I'm scared as I have anxiety issue and wanted to know if this report is normal. Let me know if this is a normal report and no need to panic.
