Mild pain in left side of throat
I am 33, and have mild pain in left side of throat while yawning and sometimes while swallowing saliva. It is mild, but there since 3 months now. The ENT said it is because of sore throat and asked me to take Dolo T and gargles, but it's not going away. I'm worried about the cancer risk. What could this be a sign of?

Hello doc. I went for a routine examination and my USG states GRADE-3 PROSTOMEGALY, WITH AN ILL DEFINDED HYPOECHOIC LESION AT PROSTATIC PARENCHYMA AT LEFT PARA MEDIAN LOCATION.
PSA level : 11.
Is this suggestive of Prostate cancer?
