SPECIMEN NO.: S/276/23 NATURE OF SPECIMEN: Tissue from Right cheek. CLINCIAL HISTORY: ? Ca cheek. Leukoplakia pattern bilateral cheek with submucosal fibrosis. GROSS EXAMINATION: Received single grey brown soft tissue piece measures 0.8x0.4x0.3 cm. MICROSECTION NO.: MS/769/23 MICROSCOPY: Section reveals atypical squamous cells arranged in groups, nests and as single infiltrating cells in the fibrocollagenous stroma and showing infiltration into the muscle tissue included. These atypical cells are lining the overlying squamous epithelium which shows breeched basement membrane and intraepithelial lymphocytes as well as epithelial denudation. These atypical cells have round to oval nuclei, coarse chromatin, conspicuous nucleoli and moderate cytoplasm. Mitosis and individual cell keratinization noted. The surrounded stroma reveals moderate mononuclear infiltrate. IMPRESSION: Moderately differentiated squamous cell carcinoma, Right cheek. ADVISED: Clinical correlatio

Sir I did Nasal , Chest and abdominal CT scan within 2 years, is it High risk of cancer?? Which cancer will occur from ct scan?? Any precaution doze available for Cancer??? Please any suggestions.

Medical history: Diagnosed with breast cancer in Jan 2022. Lumpectomy performed. Chemo and radiation completed by July 2022. Yearly checkup shows on issues. Recent: Hard tumour on nose since Oct 2022. Derma medication did not work. Biopsy performed in Jan 2023. Squamous cell carcinoma grade 1 diagnosed. Report attached. Question: (1) How likely is it for grade 1 squamous cell carcinoma to metastasize to lymph nodes/other organs? (2) What is the form of treatment? (3) My mother is taking medication for hormone treatment. Can that be a possible cause?
